We are a leading online retailer in the office furniture sector, passionate about providing high quality products for businesses of all sizes. We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and make a significant contribution to our growth.
Overview of the role
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and efficiency across our sales, marketing, and customer service functions. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, technology, and commercial operations to optimize our processes, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Set Up RevOps Tools and Processes: You will be responsible for building out the Revenue Operations department from the ground up, creating one of the pillars for our future business success.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize your strong analytical skills to create, manage, and interpret reports on e.g. sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue growth using Power BI.
- CRM Management: Administer and optimize our CRM tools to ensure seamless sales, marketing, and customer service operations. You manage the optimization of our current CRM tool and the possible transition to a new tool.
- KPI Dashboards: Develop and maintain targeted KPI dashboards for the marketing, sales, and customer service teams, providing actionable insights to identify areas for development and best practices, enabling them to improve daily.
- Operational Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, streamline processes, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- AI & LLM Expertise (Ideally): Leverage AI tools, including LLMs, to enhance decision-making processes, predict sales trends, and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Commercial Insight: Apply your operational commercial background to support strategic decisions that improve sales performance, customer experience, and revenue generation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, using data-driven insights to guide and inspire daily progress.
